Lauded by no one as the next Jennifer Lopez, Ann Pornel graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree, which she has zero intention on using, much to her parent’s dismay. Currently Ann works for the Second City Educational Company as a writer and performer and has recently graduated from their Conservatory programme.
Ann has been fortunate enough to be part of The Bench at Second City, be head writer of the sketch troupe Etched In Sketch, and co-write and perform in Everybody Panic! for the 2010 Toronto Fringe Festival.
After joining The Sketchersons in March 2011, Ann spends most of her days forcing the rest of the troupe to call her “Glam” which has had varying degrees of success.
